Krissy Hall writes from lived experience and from her training as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner. She believes every child deserves to grow up knowing that they are an amazing machine, that their body is worth caring for, and that taking care of themselves is an act of love — not a chore.
She dedicates her work to her children, her family, and her best friend and sister, Remy, who is in heaven. You were made on purpose, with purpose. Be the change. Change the world.
